Baptism: To provide and insure the condition of the baptismal dressing rooms, water, supply of uniforms & towels for candidates & Pastor.
Buildings. Grounds & Properties: To be responsible for all aspects of church properties, i.e. use, care, maintenance, repair & upkeep.
Flower: To provide floral arrangements for all regular services & special church functions.
Insurance: To conduct & act on behalf of the church, a continuous review of the policies, coverages in force & assist in the event of claims.
Long-Range Planning: To inform the church through research and gathering pertinent information for all issues to be considered for the future well-being of the church.
Lord’s Supper: To be responsible for the physical care, custody & control of all items needed for the ordinance while making sure all elements are prepared & ready.
Memorial Garden: To maintain & oversee the Memorial Garden.
Ministerial & Staff Relations: To recommend & monitor personnel policies, working hours, vacations, compensation levels & address any concerns between members & staff.
Missions: To inform of mission programs, furnish representatives to mission meetings & coordinate local projects.
Nominating: Compile & maintain those qualified interested individuals to be considered to various posts & positions.
Stewardship: Responsible for recommending, preparing & presenting a proposed church budget while working with all committees, officers & organizations.
Sunbeam Board of Trustees: A advisory board in all areas for the Sunbeam Program of the
Transportation: Care & maintain all church vehicles, recruit drivers, review operating logs & expenses.
