Kathy Goolsby

I grew up in a home with two loving parents and a grandmother who all loved Jesus. We were always in church. At a very early age, I understood that God loves me. Through the next few years, I came to understand that even before I was born, God had a plan for every aspect of my life, and I began basing my ideas of right and wrong on what I thought would be pleasing or displeasing to God.

As I grew older, I recognized the need for forgiveness for times that I sinned and displeased God. So at the age of nine, I decided to follow Jesus and dedicated myself to find and follow His plan for my life. I totally understood that I was making a lifelong commitment and that part of this commitment was to share His love with others.

Through the years since I came to know Jesus, I have tried to live the life that I think Jesus wants me to live, to make daily and life decisions based on His plan, and to share his love with the people that He places in my life. I am certain that He has protected me through the years from many bad decisions that I might have made without his guidance. I know He continues to love me, and I am confident that nothing will ever be able to separate me from his love
