As disciples, we are called to pray for the harvest. Specifically, we are called each day to pray for opportunities to have gospel conversations with others, to speak up when those opportunities arise, and to pray for those by name who are not followers of Jesus to be saved. How do we then pray like this? Join us on Saturday, May 10 from 9-11 AM at First Baptist Church Rock Hill for “Pray Like This: Learning to Pray for the Harvest.” Dr. Kelly King, Women’s Minister Director at Quail Springs Baptist Church in Oklahoma City and Visiting Professor of Christian Ministry at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, will be speaking that day. She previously served as the manager of Magazines/Devotional Publishing and Women’s Ministry Training for Lifeway Christian Resources. To celebrate Mother’s Day, mother + daughter duos, Chelsea and Abbie Grace Sutton and Kendyl and Hannah Futrelle will be leading us in worship.
