Romans 8:37-39
“But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Answer these questions:

• In Romans 8 Paul says “we overwhelmingly conquer” death and spiritual enemies through God’s incredible love. In your life, what has God’s love conquered or helped you overcome?
• In life, we are sometimes separated from another person’s love. Has that ever happened to you? What caused the separation?
• How does it make you feel to know you can’t be separated from God’s love?

After answering these questions, write or verbalize a personal prayer to God.

Praying for our church:
We are seeking God’s wisdom for dealing with five specific challenges our church is facing.
Today please pray for God’s wisdom in dealing with the following challenge:

• How do we facilitate the service of our members in a way that is efficient and focused on the priorities that will have the most impact for the cause of Christ?

Pray for someone at FBC who you think is struggling with some fear, challenge, or need. Pray that they will conquer and overcome through God’s love.
