You ever noticed how hard it can be deciding which restaurant you’re going to for dinner or lunch? Monieca and I’ve occasionally sat in the car five minutes trying to decide…either because we bored with eating at the same places or because I want one thing and she wants something else. When our staff goes to lunch together, it’s always interesting. One of us usually just announces where we’re going because when we try to make a group decision it takes forever and ultimately only half of the group is excited about that particular restaurant anyway. But we all go because we like hanging out with each other and it’s a fun thing to do.

The bottom line is we all go with groups to restaurants that we like ok, but if we had our way we would have gone somewhere else. I’ve sometimes found myself thinking, “Man, I really don’t want to go there. I rather go to…”

Some of what we’re doing as a church through our unhindered process will be like that for some of us. We’ll like A, but we would prefer C over B. That’s OK! The important thing is that we going somewhere together. And it’ll be good once we get there.

In fact, that’s the only way a group can go anywhere together.

We believe God has shown us some steps to take as we continue our journey and I look forward to traveling it with our Family of Faith. You’re invited…in fact you’re part of the family and the journey will be a lot more fun because you’re going with us.
