We recently began Live Streaming both Sunday morning worship services at FBC and people are beginning to watch. On Father’s Day 52 people tuned in live, while another 36 have already viewed the recordings stored on our web site – and it’s only Monday afternoon. Our live audience was 61 on June 4 and 47 on June 11. There may have actually been more people watching because all we can track is the number of devices that tune in to the Live Stream. In any case, that’s a good start.
You can help us get the word out by telling people or sending them a link via your social media platforms. Live Streaming is a convenient way for people to check us out before they attend FBC, so tell your coworkers, neighbors, and friends.
I also encourage you to watch the Live Stream when you’re on vacation this summer or out of town for any reason. It’s an easy way to stay connected to your church family, keep up to date with what’s happening, and worship with us even when you’re not physically with us.
In addition to our Live Streaming, we still have a large audience that watches our two weekly 30 minute television broadcasts on CN2. Another group regularly watches the weekly sermon on our web site or downloads it as a podcast. Practically every week a guest mentions to me that he or she has been watching my sermons on our web site – usually before they show up on a Sunday morning. One new member recently told me that before he and his wife ever attended FBC, they watched each sermon in the “Passions” series I preached in February and March.
Those of you on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook can help by posting something on Sunday mornings while you’re in worship telling people where you are and what’s going on. Include a link to our Live Stream and website when you post. Getting the word out to others is simple – and we need your help.

It has been a blessing for us to be able to hear and see Rev. Hogg live on Sunday Mornings. I had major surgery and was not able to attend our regular 9:10am services but with this we feel as if we have been to church. Thanks for this service that people can see and hear the sermons and music live.
