As we prepare for our departure from Haiti, we’re filled with a mixture of emotions. I’d like to say that we left our mark on Haiti. But truth be told, Haiti left its mark on us.

Through lots of sweat, love and tears, we shared the Gospel and planted seeds to further God’s kingdom. A group left Rock Hill as 15 uniquely different individuals but will leave Haiti as a closely bonded family of one, God’s family.

Each one of us has been called upon by God to serve and is given special gifts to use. We certainly were able to put those to work this week. I challenge all of you reading this blog to ask God what He is calling you to do. Furthermore, I challenge you to answer the call and serve whether that is in Haiti, Rock Hill or somewhere else around the world.
