June 20, 2016 By David Mitchell Leave a Comment

A family stopped me (David Mitchell) to say thank you and brag on one of our students. The mom had tears in her eyes as she shared that her family played Candy Land on Sunday night and one of our students played with them. She shared that the student’s excitement and energy made their night.

Candyland

You see, that mom and her husband were so tired and to have our student step-in and play with their children was amazing and truly a blessing to them. When this mom was thanking the student she again teared up. The student was overwhelmed that just doing the simple job that she was asked to do would mean so much to a family.
