What a day! God blessed in so many ways and demonstrated that He is still in the business of changing lives.

As most of you know, we showed the “Defining Moments” video from the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. This video features testimonies from three individuals whose lives were radically transformed by God’s grace. Their stories were moving and God moved among us.

At least 14 people made decisions for Christ and brought their decision cards to one of our pastors. Others prayed to receive Christ but did not bring their card to us. Two others who had previously accepted Christ asked about baptism and eight adults (four couples) joined the church.

Each person who received Christ was given a packet of materials for new believers to help them get started in their growth and either a deacon or pastor will be following up with them. Please be praying for these “baby” Christians.

Attendance was strong in both services, with extra chairs brought out at the 10:30 service. I met a lot of new people today and it was obvious that many of you had invited guests. Thanks for doing that – you did a great job.

The music was great today. Our God is worthy of praise and praise Him is exactly what we did today.
