Read the following Bible verse several times:
Matthew 27:22
“Pilate said to them, ‘Then what shall I do with Jesus who is called Christ?’ They all said, ‘Crucify Him!’”
Having read this verse several times, what is God saying to you?

Answer these questions:
- Imagine you’re standing in the court yard with the large crowd when the Romans publicly display Jesus. Pilate then asks the crowd what should be done to Jesus and you hear them yell out, “Crucify Him!” How would you have felt? How do you imagine Jesus felt?
- Obviously you weren’t there when that horrible event happened. But the Bible says our sins (mine and yours) is the reason Jesus died. In a sense, we were there. You were there. How does that make you feel?
- What does your current way of living indicate about how you feel toward Jesus and all He suffered for you?
After answering these questions, write or verbalize a personal prayer to God.

- Pray that all the lost people who are being invited to church for Easter get up early Sunday morning and show up for worship.
