Answer these questions:
- Bezalel was a skilled craftsman whom God was going to use in building his tabernacle. But he possessed something in addition to his skills.
- What does Genesis 35:3 indicate Bezalel was “filled” with that made him different?
- How does being “filled” with “the Spirit of God” impact the way we use our skills?
- Which is more important: skills or being filled with God’s Holy Spirit?
- Are you a worker for God or a worker who is also filled with the Holy Spirit?
After answering these questions, write or verbalize a personal prayer to God.

Praying for our church:
We are seeking God’s wisdom for dealing with five specific challenges our church is facing.
Today please pray for God’s wisdom in dealing with the following challenge:
- How do we facilitate the service of our members in a way that is efficient and focused on the priorities that will have the most impact for the cause of Christ?
Pray that everyone who uses their skills and talents to serve God at FBC would focus on living a life filled with the Holy Spirit.
