Read the following Bible verse several times:
Acts 4:12
“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”
Having read this verse several times, what is God saying to you?

Answer these questions:
- What is salvation? What are we saved from?
- In how many places or people does this verse say a person can find salvation?
- Does this verse agree with the popular notion that there are many paths to God and that all religions worship the same God?
- Combining this verse with yesterday’s verse that told us “the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord”, what does all of this say about the need for lost people to hear about Jesus Christ?
- Who are the people most likely to tell lost people about Jesus? Are you telling anyone?
- This verse says that people “must be saved.” What does that mean to you?
After answering these questions write or verbalize a personal prayer to God.

Praying for our church:
- Pray that each of our deacons will be bold witness for Jesus Christ.
- Pray for one of your neighbors who you know is lost and “must be saved.” If you don’t know which of your neighbors is lost, pray that God directs you to have spiritual conversations with them so you can discover their spiritual condition.
- Begin praying now for the neighbors you plan to invite to our July 1 “Celebration of Freedom.”
