Below are links to some important and inspiring stories I encourage you to read.

  • 80,000-plus Bibles shipped to Cuba for Baptist churches by the International Mission Board of our Southern Baptist Convention. Your giving to missions at FBC helped pay for this.
  • Niger’s persecuted Christians address fear with faith – an amazing story of love and boldness in the face of persecution by Muslims.
  • While most Americans believe church attendance is admirable, they also believe the church is declining. Of special interest is the information in this research about the attitudes of the unchurched and young adults.
  • Christians targeted and murdered by Muslim militants at a University in Kenya last Thursday had big plans. Their stories will both inspire you and break your heart.
  • Kids cried and parents pushed as Easter egg hunt turned rowdy in Sacramento. I thank God for our staff and volunteers who did a great job with our FBC Easter Egg Hunt this past Saturday.
  • Here is a good article on how praying together increase intimacy within marriage.

Take a few moments and pray for the new sermon series I kick off this coming Sunday titled: “Marriage is a Team Sport.” Invite another couple to join you at church Sunday.
